Yes! We have an on-site 24/7 Maintenance Team here to serve you!

We offer many convenient ways for our residents a to submit a maintenance request!  You can submit
maintenance requests through our online Resident Portal, Resident App by calling or stopping by the office.

Contact us with any maintenance issues and we will help resolve as soon as possible.

You do not need to be present during work orders however, you may include scheduling and access instructions
on the work order if you would prefer to be home!

If you are locked out during the work day, please call the office. After hours you must call a locksmith.

We want you to make this your home as long as the unit is back in it's original condition when you move.

Coin operated washer and dryers, playground, outdoor grilling and seating, spacious outdoor recreation areas,
wooded paths for you and your pups enjoyment, great location near the brand new Shelby County YMCA,
and a 20 minute drive to Indy.

We have on-site parking.

Yes, we offer washer and dryer hookups in select units and laundry facilities located in each building.

Yes! We allow 2 pets per apartment (breed restrictions and pet policies apply).

$30 per month/per pet and a $350 Non Refundable Pet Registration Fee. 

Yes we have breed and weight restrictions (80lbs). Contact us for breed restrictions.

Yes. It is located in the grass areas across from each building!

Yes, we offer fully furnished apartments that are completely customizable to meet your needs.

Yes, we offer Corporate Leases.

There are no fees for communal spaces and we do not have assigned quiet hours, but we ask that you are
considerate of your fellow residents. 

There is no cost to take a tour! Come visit your new home today!

We have regular Leasing Office Hours including weekend hours posted!

You can apply online via our website or in person at the Leasing Office!

This depends on the apartment you choose, security deposit, and your move in date. 

You can pay online via eCheck, Debit, Credit or utilize WIPS (Walk in Payment Service at locations like Walmart, etc.)

You can register for a Resident Portal account and make one time payments or set up recurring payments.

This depends on if you have pets or elect for a short term lease.

Yes, Residents must have an active Renter's Insurance Policy.

Trash is included. You will receive a monthly bill for your Water and Sewer that you can pay with your rent. You
separately contract electric with the electric company.

Electricity is set up by contacting RushShelby via phone! It is a simple process that is usually done in under 10
minutes, but please note you may be required to pay for a deposit. 

We recommend Xfinity, but you may use any provider of your choice. 

Please ensure guests do not stay for more than 14 days a month without prior office approval. We offer guest
parking for your guests convenience. 

Unfortunately no, but we would love to offer you below - market rates for renewal when the time comes.

Once the transfer is approved, we can transfer the deposit.  There is a sister community transfer process that
would needed followed.

You must provide a sixty (60) days’ advance written notice; plus pay all monies due under this Lease through
date of termination; plus pay an additional amount equal to $1,500 as liquidated damages electronically
in certified funds or via WIPS only which amount must be paid prior to move out.

Cabs are available for pick-up if you call. No public buses.

Yes, Southern Indiana is home to many outdoor recreational options. 

Walmart, Aldi, Kroger. 

Exit I- 74 using the Shelbyville 113 exit. Head north on N Riley Highway for .8 miles. Turn Left and continue down
the driveway. The office will be to the Left.
