| Electricity is set up by contacting RushShelby via phone! It is a simple process that is usually done in under 10 minutes, but please note you may be required to pay for a deposit. |

| Once the transfer is approved, we can transfer the deposit. There is a sister community transfer process that would needed followed. |
| You must provide a sixty (60) days’ advance written notice; plus pay all monies due under this Lease through date of termination; plus pay an additional amount equal to $1,500 as liquidated damages electronically in certified funds or via WIPS only which amount must be paid prior to move out. |
